American Youth Soccer Organization Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.

100% Volunteers Providing Fun Soccer For Everyone!

WELCOME

Thank you for your interest in joining AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) Region 4. For more than 45 years we’ve worked to create a fun, safe, family experience for kids and adults in and around the Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Oak Park and Westlake Village communities. Every person involved in the organization is a volunteer and we ask all families to lend a hand in one way or another. Through the hard work of our board and hundreds of volunteers like yourself we proudly are annually recognized with AYSO’s Platinum Award as a top-tier region. We’re excited to have you join all of us who make this one of the largest volunteer organizations in the area.

How Were Addressing Challenges For Fall 2020

Like you, we’re concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has on our community and we hope that you and your families are healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. We’re monitoring state and local guidelines and preparing for the Fall season in case we’re able to play.

Registration for all AYSO Region 4 soccer programs is open on a delayed-payment basis for the 2020-2021 season, by directing all registrations to a wait list. Opening registration in this manner allows us to plan for the fall. If needed, we have the ability to develop custom, creative solutions for playing soccer within Region 4. So if we don't have access to certain fields, or have fewer players or coaches, we still will work on finding a safe, fun way to get out and play soccer.

We are asking that families register for the Fall season no later than June 30. This will help us understand how many players we will have and how many volunteers we will need to run our programs - and what playing soccer in Region 4 will look like.

It will also allow families to be assured that their child will have a spot on a team without requiring an up-front payment. Once the fall season can be planned with certainty, we will then request payment for all players on the wait list, and they will be assigned to teams.

  • Fall registration is open; see details and instructions below - please try to register no later than June 30, 2020.
  • All registered players will be placed on a waitlist. The is to defer your payment until we are 100% certain we will have a season.
  • Once we have confirmed a Fall season (estimated by late July), you will be notified about when to pay and complete your registration.
  • We can only have as many teams as we have coaches and referees. If you are interested in coaching or refereeing please email your division director (info in right panel of this page). PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER UNTIL WE CONFIRM WE WILL HAVE A SEASON.

If your child is interested in trying out for the EXTRA program additional tryouts are going to be scheduled. At this point do NOT register for the 2020 Fall Core Season (updated 06-12-20). We will communicate via emails about any potential tryouts. As soon as we know we can safely hold tryouts, families will be notified via email. If you are not receiving any emails from Region 4 last year (meaning you may miss a notice) or have any questions please contact Toya Snow ([email protected]).

Registration Overview

  • Registration is online only, through a parent account on this site.
  • Player registrations must be completed by the player's legal parent or guardian.
  • You must use electronic signature ("eSign") at the end of the registration form to indicate that you accept all agreements.
  • Complete the checkout process all the way through to completion. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete.
  • For 2020 - No fee is due while we are in wait list status only. If it is determined that a Fall season is feasible, an email will be sent by the registration system letting you know that your player has been activated from the wait list. We ask that you log back into your account at that time and complete payment within 48 hours of receipt of the notification email.
  • Visa/Mastercard accepted. Email the AYSO Region 4 Registrar at [email protected] [email protected] for instructions to pay by check or to make arrangements to register in person or via mail.
  • Please note we are unable to accommodate player, coach or friend requests in any divisions.
  • A skills evaluation for new players in our 8U-16U divisions MAY be required in order to try to achieve the AYSO Philosophy of Balance Teams. (This is not a tryout, Everyone Plays). Additional information will be communicated at a later date.
  • For 2020 - If the Fall season is determined to be feasible and once payment is completed, you will be asked to print one copy of the completed player form and provide it to the Region. More information regarding this process will be provided.
  • Tip - Use a computer, do not use a mobile device. The registration includes an electronic signature component, which is not mobile-friendly and will cause your registration to not complete.
  • Tip - Google Chrome tends to work better than other browsers when registering.

Registration is not 100% complete until we receive the printed registration form, even if you pay online. This is because these coaches must have physical copies of these forms at all practices and games, and we have nearly 1,600 players, so it is cost-prohibitive for us to print out forms for everyone, so thank you for doing us this small favor. [Click here for how to print] [Note: We do not need to have a printed copy of the Concussion Information Sheet.]

New players (siblings) or volunteers can be added to this account since one account is used per family.
